Profile

I approach therapy collaboratively and believe that growth is fostered through our exploration of your experiences, strengths, and struggles. We’ll aim to better understand the people, events, and systems that shape you and clarify what you envision for a more meaningful and satisfying future. I strive to help you achieve your goals by creating a warm and non-shaming environment where we’ll examine all aspects of your life, relationships, and internal world. As your self-awareness increases, you’ll feel less distressed and more empowered, making it easier to live and act with greater purpose.

I promise to be engaged, responsive to your unique needs, compassionate, and committed to your growth. I’m similarly dedicated to my continued growth as a therapist and participate in ongoing training in relational psychoanalysis. I’m also currently being trained in EMDR. I work best with those who desire change, clarity, increased insight, and deeper connections.

I have over 15 years of clinical experience working with a wide range of concerns and reasons for seeking therapy. My patients are diverse in terms of race/ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, immigration status, and financial means. As a member of PSYPACT, I’m able to work with patients in 43 states.

We are NOT a service provider. The directory is meant to be only a resource for all those who identify as Latinx or have ancestral roots in Latin America and anyone engaged in advancing the human rights and dignity of Latinx migrant communities across the United States. This directory is a list of mental health professionals and not a recommendation or guarantee of quality service by LTAN. We highly encourage everyone to research and consult directly with providers before beginning services with them to ensure it is a good fit.
