With more than 15 years of experience in the mental health field, her ability to tailor therapeutic services to her clients’ needs continues to set her apart from other clinicians. Sonia is bilingual, offering services in Spanish and English, specializes in trauma and trauma-informed therapy, and is trained in administering EMDR treatment.

Though her list of certifications is extensive, she has a passion for working with women, those who are experiencing self-esteem challenges due to childhood abuse and neglect, or those who struggle with thoughts of unworthiness in motherhood, marriage, and/or personal life experiences. Her struggles with overcoming trauma and healing fully have aided in developing her compassionate nature and emphatic perspective on healing, thriving, and evoking inner peace.
