Profile

I am a Latinx, neurodiverse, queer, nonbinary trans man, and therapist. I operate from a trauma informed perspective with a social justice lens and anti-oppressive framework. I am also fat positive, sex positive, neurodiversity affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, poly, ethical non monogamy, and kink affirming, and am allied with those engage in sex work. I also strongly believe in harm reduction.

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Board Approved Supervisor (LPC-S) and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) with over a decade of experience providing individual, group, family, and couple’s therapy across a variety of levels of care. I specialize in working with the LGBTQIA+ community, particularly the transgender and gender diverse community, although have come to realize that my actual specialty is what I call “unf**king our socializations,” which expands across a wide variety of topic areas. Since we are more than our gender and sexuality, I work with a variety of mental health concerns. Although working with clients is my primary passion, providing consultation, training, and education to other clinicians on gender is a real close second. In my free time, I enjoy saltwater fishing, Legos, being the keeper of many spreadsheets, and dog dad to my two pups.

We are NOT a service provider. The directory is meant to be only a resource for all those who identify as Latinx or have ancestral roots in Latin America and anyone engaged in advancing the human rights and dignity of Latinx migrant communities across the United States. This directory is a list of mental health professionals and not a recommendation or guarantee of quality service by LTAN. We highly encourage everyone to research and consult directly with providers before beginning services with them to ensure it is a good fit.
