I am a bilingual psychotherapist, clinical supervisor and educator. I am from Puerto Rico. My native language is Spanish. I identify as a Latina and Carribean. I have over 12 years as a licensed therapist working with Latinxs, immigrants and vulnerable individuals.

My practice is based on the person-centered and trauma-informed care approaches. My main goals are create a safe space for my clients, support them and colaborate to achive their goals. I am gender affirmative and celebrate the diversity. I have extensive experience supporting people to identify their needs and overcome trauma, internal conflicts, emotional distress, relationships issues, and work conflicts.
