Profile

Rev. Yokasta Tineo (she/her) is a Licenced Massage Therapist, Reiki Practitioner, Interspiritual Minister, Holistic Health Practitioner, Death Educator, Facilitator, and Founder of Kasa Healing. She assists people in their healing by weaving massage therapy, Reiki, mindfulness, somatic practices, and guidance in a way that holds and nurtures their wholeness. In her practice, she is perceptive to each individual, family, and organization she’s in service to and their intentions for wellness and healing; this requires deep listening and a spiritual and culturally rooted approach that mirrors our interconnected nature. Through the integrative and holistic implementation of all her learnings, training, and creative wisdom, she customizes healing sessions, practices, circles, and workshops.

Yokasta has a BA in Anthropology and Psychology from Wesleyan University (2007), trained at the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences (2014), attained her Reiki Master training in Dominican Republic and NY (2007), is an Ordained Minister from One Spirit Interspiritual Seminary (2020), and has a Certificate in Thanatology from The Art of Dying Institute (2024).

We are NOT a service provider. The directory is meant to be only a resource for all those who identify as Latinx or have ancestral roots in Latin America and anyone engaged in advancing the human rights and dignity of Latinx migrant communities across the United States. This directory is a list of mental health professionals and not a recommendation or guarantee of quality service by LTAN. We highly encourage everyone to research and consult directly with providers before beginning services with them to ensure it is a good fit.
